The Vindis Group is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team.

• Champion every customer interaction, ensuring all sales enquiries are handled appropriately and focus on the Vindis Sales Experience.
• Manage resources to achieve business objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels, and adjust strategy when objectives are not met.
• Analyze data to make swift, decisive decisions that change the direction of operations within the department for outstanding results.
• Ensure all employees have clear objectives linked to those of the wider department and business.
• Maintain a consultative and supportive working environment for employees within your area.
• Champion effective and accurate usage of all systems and processes, ensuring compliance.

• Previous relevant experience in sales management within the motor trade industry.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
