As an Apprentice Sales Assistant you will serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys and make sure everyone leaves feeling great. You will help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that is never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders and we will give you everything you need to grow, with training and real opportunities to progress.

Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of the training period, you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. Your tutor will support you to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• Not currently in any form of education, and available for full‑time shifts
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
