Sales Advisor - Peterborough - Climate Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• Book stock in and put it away in the designated location.
• Complete general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30 AM–04:30 PM with a 1‑hour break. No weekend work required.

Required Experience &

Skills:

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic IT skills.
