• £28,000 to £32,000 basic salary

Our client offers flexible hours for the right person, occasional hybrid working for admin/follow-up, and sensible adjustments around business needs. The core of the job is in-market, but they are open‑minded.

You’ll generate new valuation opportunities, conduct market appraisals, deliver persuasive listing presentations, and convert instructions at profitable fees. You’ll work closely with their Sales Director and wider team, bringing energy, commercial sharpness, and a customer‑oriented approach.
