Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
* Book qualified appointments for field sales professionals
* Engage key decision-makers and manage objections effectively
* Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
* Work to targets and KPIs to support sales growth
Experience Required
* Proven B2B Sales / appointment setting experience
* Confident, professional phone manner
* Target-driven with excellent communication skills
* Experience with CRM systems
