Our client, a growing and forward-thinking commercial business, is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Support professional to join their team and work closely with a senior commercial lead.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and being at the heart of a developing commercial function. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, gaining exposure to customers, strategy, events, and marketing activity while developing into a client-facing account owner over time.
The RoleInitially, Your Focus Will Be On
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Making outbound calls and booking meetings
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining momentum across existing accounts
- Supporting the planning and delivery of customer and business events
- Assisting with marketing and content activity, both behind the scenes and occasionally in a visible capacity
As your confidence and product knowledge grow, you will take increasing ownership of meetings and customer follow-ups, becoming a key point of contact for clients and contributing directly to business development and account growth.
Flexibility is key in this role. Occasional evening events and travel will be required, with working hours adapted accordingly.

- Not camera-shy and open to supporting events and content
Previous experience in a relevant sector is desirable but not essential. Attitude, adaptability, and the ability to grow into the role are key.
Additional Requirements- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel as required (business mileage reimbursed)
- Flexible approach to working hours to support events and client activity
