RoleWe’re looking for a confident and customer-focused professional to join our Corporate Sales team as the primary point of contact for our nominated customers and brands. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of customer relationships, ensuring every interaction delivers exceptional service while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and strengthen partnerships. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of customer care, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand expectations, and service-level agreements.
Working closely with your Corporate Sales Manager and colleagues across the Fleet department, you’ll help drive performance, enhance client satisfaction, and uphold our reputation for excellence in our corporate sales operations.
In this role you will:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and fleet systems (e.g., Ebbon Dacs Leaselink and Fleet Procure).
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Ensure every customer receives a first-class experience across all departments.
- Consistently meet or exceed Leasing Company SLA measures.
- Coordinate cost-effective use of resources such as vehicle deliveries and demonstrations.
- Oversee vehicle preparation and delivery to the highest standards.
- Resolve customer or driver issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage specification checks and new car deliveries in line with SLA requirements.
- Stay informed on manufacturer updates, new model launches, and fleet developments.
- Build a strong working relationship with manufacturer fleet teams.
- Support your Corporate Sales Manager and colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
