Field Sales Executive – Peterborough, East Region

Compensation: £25,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) + £250 car allowance

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Go door-to-door, speaking to residents and persuading them to switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline, converting conversations into customers.
• Drive performance, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Motivated by targets and results.
• Solid face‑to‑face sales experience, able to engage people and secure commitment.
• Friendly and confident, enjoys real conversations.
• Unable to work independently, manage time and hit targets in the field.

• A basic salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K.
