Position Overview
This Service Advisor role is based at a reputable dealership in the Peterborough area, offering a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers in the service reception.
- Book vehicle appointments.
- Raise and close job cards.
- Obtain authorisations for work to be carried out.
- Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress.
- Arrange courtesy cars using the one link system.
- Cost, invoice, hand over vehicles to customers and up‑sell services.
- Prior main dealer experience.
- Excellent customer‑service and upselling skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is an advantage.
- Market‑leading £40,000+ OTE.
