What you'll be doing

• Partner with a National Account Manager to identify, develop, and win sales opportunities
• Proactively engage existing customers to grow accounts and maximise value
• Create professional, tailored proposals and successfully close deals
• Track and report on performance against your individual and team targets
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM system
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practice
• Handle all activities in line with GDPR and compliance standards

• Strong sales ability with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive
• The ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of working
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
