Peterborough Salary :
Up to £30k Hours :
Monday - Friday Manage inbound B2B enquiries from corporate clients looking to host meetings, conferences and events. Consult with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, attendee numbers, and venue requirements. Prepare tailored proposals and quotations, presenting suitable venues and event solutions based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and service providers to confirm availability, pricing, and event logistics. Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activity using CRM systems. Negotiate pricing and service packages to deliver value for clients while meeting company revenue objectives. Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
