As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing customer orders, liaising with suppliers and ensuring customers receive a seamless service. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming sales enquiries, source products and prepare accurate quotations for customers
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately entered and deadlines are achieved
• Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email regarding orders, samples, invoices and queries
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer specifications
• Monitor order progress, chase proofs and confirm delivery dates to keep customers updated
• Arrange samples, process returns and support customers throughout the order journey
• Check outgoing orders and coordinate courier collections where required
Skills & Experience Required as a Sales Administrator:
• Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar administrative role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process customer information and documentation
• Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to support customers
• Experience with in print, promotional products, manufacturing or a related industry would be advantageous
