As a Residential Lister, you'll play a key role in growing our branch by winning new instructions, carrying out valuations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
Building strong relationships with vendors and delivering exceptional customer service
Generating new business opportunities and growing market share
Advising customers throughout their property journey
Working closely with your branch team to achieve targets

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Has previous experience within residential estate agency, ideally as a Lister, Valuer or Sales Negotiator
Is passionate about winning new business and delivering excellent customer service
Has strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Thrives in a target-driven environment
Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
Holds a full UK driving licence
