Full-time | 5 days per week, Monday Saturday, 9am5pm Salary: £30,000 per year  profit-related bonus scheme About Delta House and Home Delta House and Home are a long-established and respected retail business, with our flagship store based in Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh. As we continue to expand the team at our Linen Green store, were looking for a talented and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being creative, understands how to build a brand through great content and social media, and is equally comfortable engaging with customers and driving sales.

The Role This is a varied, hands-on role combining marketing, content creation, social media and sales. Youll play an important part in growing the Delta House and Home brand, creating engaging content that showcases our products and stores, building our online presence and helping to drive customers and sales both online and in-store. Youll also have direct sales responsibilities, building relationships with customers, identifying opportunities and contributing to the commercial growth of the business.

Were looking for someone who is confident, creative and commercially aware someone who can move easily between planning a social media campaign, creating content, and having a conversation with a customer that results in a sale.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Plan and create engaging content across social media and digital channels Develop photography, video, reels, stories and written content showcasing our products, stores and brand Manage and grow our social media presence Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement and footfall Work closely with the wider team to identify products, stories and opportunities worth promoting Maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity across all marketing activity Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement Sales & Customer Development Actively contribute to sales and revenue growth Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent level of service Identify sales opportunities and confidently promote products and services Follow up leads and enquiries and convert opportunities into sales Support promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to increase sales Develop an understanding of customer behaviour and use this to support commercial decisions Work towards agreed sales and performance targets General Represent the Delta House and Home brand professionally at all times Support the team with events, launches and promotional activity Keep up to date with relevant social media, content and retail trends Bring new ideas and creativity to the business Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve company objectives About You Were looking for someone with previous experience in marketing, content creation, social media and/or sales, ideally within a retail, lifestyle, interiors or consumer-facing environment.

Youll be:
Creative and confident with a strong eye for visual content Experienced in creating engaging social media content Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects Full of ideas and willing to put them into action Confident using social media platforms and digital marketing tools Passionate about delivering a great customer experience Comfortable working towards targets and measuring results Experience in photography, videography, graphic design, Meta Business Suite, Canva, email marketing or paid social advertising would be advantageous.
