Salary: £27,000-£30,000 + uncapped commission

Trade Mastermind is one of the UK's leading business education and coaching companies for the construction industry. Founded by BBC The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente, we've helped over 5,000 trade business owners grow and scale their companies.

We are now looking for experienced Call Centre Agents to join our high-energy sales team at our Peterborough HQ.

This isn't a traditional call centre role. You'll take ownership of the full sales journey - from making the first call and selling a £97 Discovery Day ticket, through to nurturing your clients and meeting them face-to-face at the event.

You will be calling warm outbound leads and speaking directly with construction and trade business owners who are interested in growing their companies.

Your job is to understand their situation, sell the value of attending a Trade Mastermind Discovery Day and secure their place at the event.

From there, you will manage your own pipeline, follow up with your clients and build the relationship before they attend. On event days, you will have the opportunity to meet your clients face-to-face and continue the sales journey in person.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear KPIs, structured sales processes, daily coaching and a team focused on performance.

We are looking for experienced outbound salespeople who are confident on the phone and know how to close.

You will need a minimum of three years' outbound phone sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong experience managing prospects through a pipeline.

You should be comfortable making high volumes of calls, handling objections, following up consistently and asking for the sale.

Most importantly, you will need energy, resilience and a competitive mindset. We want people who enjoy targets, want to earn commission and are motivated by progressing their careers.

Alongside a £27,000-£30,000 base salary, you will have uncapped commission with an expected OTE of £45,000-£65,000+.

You will receive full sales training and daily coaching, monthly incentives, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, pension and access to our new 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University HQ in Peterborough.

Trade Mastermind is growing quickly, and strong performers have the opportunity to progress into roles including Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader, Telesales Manager, High-Ticket BDM, Sales Manager and Division Lead.

Promotion is based on performance - not time served.

This role won't suit inbound-only salespeople, appointment setters with no closing experience, or anyone uncomfortable working to ambitious targets.
