Letting Negotiator

Lettings Executive Salary:
Basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonus OTE £30,000+ About the Company

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements through to successful completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Provide professional advice and accurate costings to clients
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
• Produce reports relating to sales activity and performance
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets
• Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the lettings process

• Previous experience in a sales-based role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Adaptable and able to perform in a competitive environment

• Previous property or lettings experience
• Local market knowledge
• Experience using CRM systems

The successful candidate will work towards:

• Achieving an average of 10 lettings per month
• Booking approximately 10 property viewings per day
• Securing at least 1 market appraisal per day
• Maintaining excellent diary and administrative management
• Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Generating positive client reviews and feedback
