Business Development Agent

Inside Sales Executive / BDR £35,000–£40,000  OTE | Hybrid/Remote | UK If you're genuinely good at building B2B pipeline from scratch , I want to speak to you. This isn't an account management role and it isn't simply working your way through a list of warm leads. They need an experienced Inside Sales Executive / BDR who knows how to identify the right businesses, get in front of difficult-to-reach decision makers, build a structured outbound cadence and turn cold prospects into genuine qualified opportunities.

What you'll be doing You’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting across phone, email, Linked In and other channels , building and qualifying pipeline before handing opportunities across to the field sales team. You'll be responsible for:
Researching and identifying target accounts and key decision makers Generating new business opportunities through structured outbound activity Building and refining multichannel sales cadences Using phone, email, Linked In and social selling to engage prospects Personalising messaging around different sectors and commercial challenges Using CRM and sequencing tools to manage activity and pipeline Working closely with Marketing on campaigns, messaging and nurture activity Booking qualified discovery meetings and presentations Tracking meetings, conversion rates, pipeline and campaign performance Testing and improving outreach to increase results What I'm looking for You'll need 5 years' experience within B2B outbound sales, lead generation or business development and, importantly, you'll be able to put some numbers behind your performance.

I want to understand:
What pipeline have you generated? How many qualified meetings are you booking? What are your targets? What are you converting? How much of your business is genuinely self-generated?
