Salary £29,500 – £35,000, depending on experience  additional benefits This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional to join a busy internal sales team, developing new business through outbound calling and building strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls to prospective customers Identify customer requirements and present suitable products and services Build rapport quickly and develop strong customer relationships Follow up leads generated through marketing activity and previous enquiries Convert opportunities into sales and new business Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets Provide a professional and persuasive customer experience over the phone Skills & Experience Previous experience within telesales, B2B sales, internal sales or telemarketing would be advantageous Strong telephone and communication skills Confident speaking with prospective customers and handling objections Motivated and target-driven Good relationship-building and listening skills Strong organisation and follow-up ability Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills Benefits £29,500 – £35,000 salary depending on experience Permanent, full-time position Company pension Free on-site parking Casual dress Ongoing sales development Opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing sales team Please apply.
