Position: Electrical Technician (Permanent)
Panel Wireman / Hands-On Electrician

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

We are currently working with an established engineering business who are looking to recruit a hands-on Electrician / Panel Wireman to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role would suit an electrically biased individual who enjoys practical, workshop-based work, building and testing electrical panels.

The Role:

* Building and wiring control panels and MCC panels

* Electrical assembly to engineering drawings and schematics

* Testing and fault-finding of MCCs

* Working closely with the wider engineering and workshop teams

* Ensuring all work is completed to required quality and safety standards

The Ideal Candidate :

* Time-served or qualified Electrician / Panel Wireman

* Experience building and wiring control panels and MCCs

* Confident reading electrical drawings and schematics

* Strong hands-on electrical background

* Comfortable working in a workshop / manufacturing environment
