We are seeking a reflective, proactive, and resilient social worker with a passion for making a real difference. As a Social Worker in our Children in Care team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding children and young people, driving trauma‑informed assessments, creating tailored clinical care plans, and advocating for your young people and their support network.
Responsibilities- Support, safeguard, and advocate for children and young people in care.
- Conduct trauma‑informed assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing professional challenge and support.
- Engage birth families, review reunification possibilities, and ensure they are supported throughout the process.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Detail‑oriented, diligent, and experienced with a willingness to learn.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between locations.
- In‑depth knowledge of current legislation and guidance.
- Ability to thrive in diverse, supportive teams and make empowered decisions creatively.
