Peterborough First group is seeking a Family Hubs Practitioner to support children and families across the community, delivering one-to-one and group interventions in family homes, outreach venues and Family Hubs in Peterborough.
You will work with families caring for children aged 0‑11, providing early help and practical support to improve outcomes in child development, emotional wellbeing, parenting skills and school readiness.
