Overview
Would you like to join a charity recognised as a great place to work (Investors in People / Best Companies Awards)? This role is part of an exciting new criminal justice support programme delivered at HMP Peterborough.
Responsibilities- Work with clients who are 6–12 months pre‑release, delivering a structured release plan.
- Meet clients one‑to‑one and support them across key areas such as housing, resettlement, healthcare, education, wellbeing, life skills and employment.
- Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions and signpost them to relevant services within the prison.
- Experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system (prison or probation settings).
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in mental health, substance misuse, or homelessness is welcomed.
- Criminology graduates with relevant voluntary or paid experience supporting similar client groups are encouraged to apply.
- 25 days’ annual leave (increasing with service)
