We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing agency team, working across a variety of children's services, residential homes, schools, family settings, and community environments.

• Provide compassionate, person‑centred care tailored to each child's individual needs.
• Support children and young people in residential homes, schools, family homes, and within the community.
• Encourage independence by developing life skills, building confidence, and celebrating every achievement.
• Build trusting relationships where children feel safe, listened to, valued, and understood.
• Support daily routines including school runs, homework, meal preparation, personal care, and bedtime routines.
• Plan exciting activities such as football, arts & crafts, baking, cinema trips, outdoor adventures, and community events.
• Help children manage emotions and behaviours using positive, therapeutic approaches that promote wellbeing.
• Work alongside families, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to create the best outcomes.
• Record observations accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and the rights of every child in everything you do.
• Be the calm, reassuring presence during challenging moments and celebrate every breakthrough.

• Caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children and young people.
• Adaptable and confident working in a variety of environments.
• Calm under pressure and able to build positive relationships.
• Reliable, professional, and ready to make a difference.
• Previous support work experience is welcomed; a positive attitude is essential.
