For just over three months, you’ll be engaging with a dynamic team to support recovery processes. What you will do:
  • Manage and deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Provide structured one-to-one support and facilitate group programmes designed to empower and inspire change
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and safeguarding evaluations

    Establish strong partnership working skills through collaboration with external agencies and local partners
  • Balance working autonomously with being a proactive member of a small, collaborative team
  • Communicate effectively, motivating and inspiring service users to embrace and sustain change
Required Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions
  • Proficiency in managing caseloads with one-to-one and group programme support
  • Competence in conducting essential assessments including risk and safeguarding
  • Strong partnership and team working abilities
  • Confident working independently and maintaining clear communication upskilling motivation
