Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support young people in daily life, helping them gain confidence, independence, and essential skills. The role is based at The Beeches UK, with a 40-hour week including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts.
You will contribute to a warm, safe environment, build relationships, support care plans, maintain records, and promote wellbeing. Experience with children is preferred;
Level 3 qualification or willingness to pursue it is required.
