Young People Support Specialist

As a Support Worker, you'll become a trusted role model, helping to build positive relationships, de-escalate challenging situations and create a safe, stable environment. The young people we support have been through a lot and often communicate through behaviours that others may find challenging. But for us, that's not the full picture. Behind every behaviour is a story, potential and an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Requirements for our Support Workers:
For us mindset and potential matters just as much as experience, that’s why we’re looking for Support Workers who are:
Patient, resilient and emotionally aware Willing to learn and grow Committed to making a difference, even on the tough days Able to see beyond behaviour and understand the “why” behind it Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship) Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
