Behind every behaviour is a story, potential and an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

For us mindset and potential matters just as much as experience, that’s why we’re looking for Support Workers who are:

The realities for our Support Workers:
This role will challenge you. Progress can be slow and some days will be tough. But seeing a young person grow, stabilise and move forward makes every challenge worthwhile. What makes us different:

Because we’ve been there before, the support we offer our Support Workers is meaningful, practical and designed to help you thrive in your role. What you’ll receive in return:
Competitive salary with earning potential of over £37,300 A 4 on 4 off shift pattern that balances time at work with scheduled rest periods throughout the year Enhanced annual leave entitlement that increases with length of service Private healthcare cover Team bonuses Fully funded Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualifications Clear career and progression pathways Paid sick leave and company pension scheme Refer a friend scheme Entitlement to Blue Light discounts Nova Care Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the young people we support.
