Young Carers Project Worker (Fixed-Term)
22.5 hours per week (1-year Fixed
- Term)
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Our client, Centre 33, is looking to recruit a Young Carers Project Worker, with extensive experience working with young people, to support the delivery of Centre 33's Young Carer service in Cambridgeshire on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
You will be part of the Young Carers Project at Centre 33, providing a variety of support to young carers. Your role will involve assessment of young people, face to face support and group work in line with the strategic development of the service.
This post is a critical part of the Young Carers’ service and involves working and engaging with young people in a variety of settings.
You will be working across various locations in Peterborough, with occasional travel to other areas within Cambridgeshire. A driving license and use of a car is essential for this post.
This post is subject to a DBS check and references.
Final date to receive applications is 12 noon on Tuesday, 7th of April, with interviews to take place on Tuesday, 14th of April.
