Peterborough City Council is seeking a Case Manager to support up to 6-7 children in a secure residential environment. The role centers on safeguarding, building positive relationships, and meeting complex needs through assessment, planning and multi-disciplinary work.
You will lead on placement and risk planning, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Expect involvement in duty/on-call rotas and occasional evenings/weekends.
