Earn £14 an hour as a Support Worker in Peterborough, helping an adult with complex needs live with greater choice and independence.

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE7 8US

Salary: £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum based on 38.5 hours per week
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 9.00am to 9.00pm and 9.00pm to 9.00am
Working pattern: Rolling two week rota, including alternate weekends

Transforming Support is looking for Support Workers to join its supported living service in Peterborough, providing consistent, person centred support to an adult with complex needs in their own home.

You will build a trusted relationship, support everyday living and help the person achieve what matters to them. From developing daily living skills to enjoying personal interests and activities in the community, your patience, encouragement and reliability can make a lasting difference.

These are full time, permanent positions, and we welcome applications from both men and women.

You will need at least six months' previous experience in a care or support setting and a commitment to helping another person live a fulfilling and independent life.
