We are looking for an experienced software engineering and automation manager that is as happy leading a team as much as coding and leading projects.

You will have a keen interest in AI technologies and automation and how to incorporate them in business systems and applications.

• Development team management and leadership experience, planning, sprints, mentoring, and support
• Worked within Microsoft Azure Development
• Exposure to SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Any AI, LLM & chatbot exposure would be very welcome
• Experience of working within Source Control & Agile Practices (Azure Dev Ops)
• Able to implement IT Security best practices and improvements.
