As our Tech Lead & Team Leader you will:
Lead the technical design and delivery of software solutions that align with business and technology strategies. Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles. Own end-to-end solution quality, including performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and coach software engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development. Establish and promote software development standards, tooling, and modern engineering practices. Ensure compliant, high-quality delivery on time and within budget, resolving complex risks and issues. Shape technical strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities using emerging technology and operational insights.

Drive adoption of Dev Ops, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering practices. Ensure engineering teams deliver high-quality software within agreed timelines and budgets. What skills & qualifications you will nee d:
