The City of Peterborough Swimming Club (COPS) based in Cambridgeshire, has a vacancy for an Assistant Coach Role, working within our Development and Competitive Pathways This exciting coaching role has led to a number of previous incumbents earning exciting opportunities to further their coaching careers in full-time roles with COPS or full-time roles in other performing club and school programmes nationally.

At COPS, we have one of the best club coach development programmes in the UK, and we pride ourselves on coaching delivery. This role will see the successful candidate working directly with our Competitive Pathways Squads, leading on planning, preparation and delivery for that group.

* Coaching support for Development and Performance Pathway squads
* Working directly with the Head Coach and Full-time Assistant Coach
