Demonstration Driver​/Trainer

Position: Demonstration Driver / Trainer (Permanent)
Our established Peterborough based client is looking to recruit a Demonstration Driver / Trainer to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 45 hours between the hours of 8.00am – 5.00pm, must be able to be flexible regarding start and finish times as you will be required to travel nationwide to be onsite for 8.00am. Overtime is paid in addition to ensure business requirements are met over 40 hours per week (up to 5 extra hours per week)

As a Demonstration Driver / Trainer you will be expected to deliver training and equipment demonstrations across the UK, so you must be willing to stay away from home as required (expenses would be covered).

Key Responsibilities for the Demonstration Driver / Trainer will include:

* Delivering on-site and Head Office-based operator training.

* Conduct demonstrations and transporting equipment to customer sites nationwide.

* Advise customers on equipment features, benefits and specifications.

* Maintain compliance with driving hours and safety regulations.

* You’ll support the sales team and train customers on specialised capital equipment.

Requirements for the Demonstration Driver / Trainer role:

* HGV driving licence and knowledge of UK driving hours regulations.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Flexible, confident, and professional approach.

* Willing to travel and spend nights away from home.

* Hands-on, practical, and team-oriented.

* Competitive salary depending on experience salary of £30,000 - £33,000
