Join DHL's Finished Vehicle Solutions team as a Plated Delivery Driver Planner in Peterborough! We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer‑focused planner to help keep our plated delivery network running smoothly. In this key operational role, you'll coordinate the safe and timely movement of finished vehicles, support our driver community, and ensure exceptional service for our automotive customers. • To plan logistics movements as part of our demonstration vehicle fleet ensuring the efficient optimisation of our trade plate driver fleet
• Effectively manage plated movements and plan day 1 for day 2 movements in line with customer SLA's.
• Liaise with in house transport operatives ensuring planning is achievable by efficient means ensuring full coverage of customer requests for FVS sites at Peterborough and Milton Keynes
• Planning and allocation of movements in line with available driver resource
• Update transport planning systems to reflect the updated transport planning move allocation with carriers
• Use monthly reporting to review move efficiency tracking to understand where efficiency improvements can be made
• Work with the brands preferred suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

• Previous planning experience within a Transport or Operational setting is essential
• Previous planning experience in a plated driver capacity would be desirable
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks
• Experience using Paragon planning tool would be desirable
• Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
