Pay Rate: £16.36 Per Hour (plus overtime rate)

GR Employment Ltd is looking for a Class 1 Driver to work for one of our clients based in Peterborough, Alwalton Hill area.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

• As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels to customers while providing excellent customer service. This role involves significant manual handling and requires individuals who are physically fit, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Use handheld devices and company software to update delivery statuses and record proof of delivery.

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Have a minimum of 12 months of experience for Class 1
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No INI
  10, TT99 or DR10

• Have a valid UK licence
• Have a valid Driver CPC (regardless of driving onsite or offsite).
• Have a Driver Digital Tachograph Card and use it all times when driving (both onsite or offsite).
• At least 1 year's experience driving Class 1
• For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years

• Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata
• Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant
• Weekly pay and pension scheme

• Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 17:30pm
• Pay rate: £16.36 per hour
• Overtime rate: £24.54 per hour (paid after 40 hours)
