HGV Class 2 Driver – Temporary to Permanent or Permanent | Peterborough

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client in Peterborough. We have opportunities available on both a temporary-to-permanent basis and straight permanent contracts, depending on your preference and suitability.

Pay Rates

£16.00 per hour to start
£18.50 per hour after 3 months

The Role

Multi-drop deliveries
Handballing and heavy lifting involved
Long-term work with a reputable company

Working Hours

Flexible start times, with most drivers starting around 9:30 AM
Finish times vary depending on the daily workload
Some days can be long, while others may only require a few hours
Guaranteed 8 hours' pay per shift, regardless of the hours worked

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous multi-drop driving experience is essential
Comfortable with handballing and heavy lifting
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
