We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packing, Picking or Printing Operatives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient picking and packaging of products for shipment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Day Shift – Monday – Friday from 09:00 - 17:45, subject to business requirements may include weekends on rotation as required.
• Day Shift – Monday – Friday from 06:00 - 15:45, subject to business requirements may include weekends on rotation as required.
• Late Shift – Monday – Friday from 15:00 - 23:45, subject to business requirements may include weekends on rotation as required.

• All hours Monday – Sunday £12.71 per hour.

• Accurately scanning and tracking inventory using electronic systems
• Selecting and picking customer orders from warehouse shelves
• Folding and packaging T-shirts and other apparel items with precision
• Ensuring parcels are correctly labelled and prepared for shipping
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhering to health and safety protocols to promote a safe working environment

Key

Skills:

Inventory management, order picking, stock control, packing and dispatch, printing machine operation, label printing, warehouse systems, teamwork, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.

• Prior experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency with scanning technology and order picking processes is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

As a Picking or Packing Operative, you will be responsible for scanning, order picking, and carefully folding and packaging T-shirts and other apparel items. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all parcels are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
