Interaction Recruitment is partnering with a small, dynamic Peterborough business to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader. You will lead daily operations, drive accuracy in inventory and dispatch, and mentor a small team to deliver service excellence.
The role requires a current ITTSAR or RTITB counterbalance forklift licence, 2+ years forklift experience, and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach in a quality-driven environment.
