** Circa £36,000 per annum depending on experience.## About the Role We're looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our Customer Support team at our automated Peterborough facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse or inventory professional ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting daily operations, driving team performance, and delivering excellent service to our customers.## What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of around 10 Inventory Control colleagues.
* Managing daily workloads, attendance and team performance.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
* Driving inventory accuracy through stock investigations and process compliance.
* Acting as the first point of escalation for customer enquiries and operational issues.
* Managing the shared customer inbox and ensuring timely communication.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
* Helping manage site administration, including purchase orders and PPE.## What We're Looking For
* Experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
* Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility to occasionally work across both AM and PM shifts.
* Knowledge of shipping or transport operations is desirable but not essential.## Why Join Lineage?
