The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed quickly, accurately, and safely. Working within a busy warehouse environment, your duties will include:
Sorting parcels into the correct locations for dispatch.
Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.
Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles.
Picking, packing, and preparing orders.
Building pallets and moving stock around the warehouse.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential full training is provided.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting parcels up to 25kg.
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Flexible and able to work additional hours when required.
