Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are working with a well-established and reputable civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Project Manager for their growing team in the North of Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the North East of Scotland. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Developing and maintaining project programmes and budgets
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Monitoring commercial performance and reporting to senior management
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience in a Project Manager role within civil engineering or construction
Strong commercial awareness and contract management knowledge
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
