SSE PLC is seeking a Trainee Site Supervisor for a 2-year programme based in Lewis & Peterhead. This role combines work-based learning with formal training, leading to a HNC in Construction Management. Candidates will gain real hands-on experience and develop essential skills while ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, flexible, and hold a full UK Driver's Licence. Upon completing the programme, the salary may rise to approximately £33,000 per annum, alongside a range of flexible benefits to support personal well-being.
