Foreman, Construction, Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Supervising site teams and subcontractors

* Managing day-to-day construction activities

* Overseeing earthworks, cut and fill operations

* Supervising drainage installation and associated works

* Overseeing concrete works

* Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with project specifications

* Carrying out site inspections and monitoring quality

* Coordinating with Site Management and Engineering teams

* Ensuring site documentation and records are maintained

* Managing health, safety and environmental requirements on site

Essential Requirements

* EUSR 1 & 2 – Essential

* SMSTS – Essential

* First Aid – Essential

* SSSTS

* CSCS

* Previous experience working as a Foreman on major construction/civils projects

* Strong experience with earthworks, cut & fill, drainage and concrete

* Previous Tier 1 contractor/project experience

* Ability to work weekends as part of a 1-in-3 rota

Additional Information

 * £350–£450/day

* Outside IR35

* 6 months+ initially, with potential for longer-term/permanent work

* Accommodation available for candidates travelling to site

* Option to initially work through agency, with the opportunity to move onto the client's books if suitable

* Immediate start available
