Section Engineer

Building a sustainable tomorrow We have an exciting opportunity for a Section Engineer to join our team on the Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2) project in Peterhead, Scotland. The EGL2 project is a landmark development in the UKs transition to renewable energy. It involves the creation of a 525kV, 2GW high-voltage direct current (HVDC) subsea transmission cable, connecting Peterhead, Scotland, to Drax, England.

As part of this ambitious infrastructure scheme, BAM Infrastructure will be delivering the engineering works for the two HVDC converter stations one of which is located in Peterhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major energy project that will contribute significantly to the UKs net zero targets, while working within a skilled and dedicated project team.
