Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Sub Agent to lead a dedicated section of civil works near Peterhead. You will report to senior site management and own engineering delivery, safe systems of work, QA, productivity, and subcontractor management.
You will lead a team of Section Engineers and Site Engineers, ensuring RAMS, permits and temporary works are in place while driving planning, KPI tracking, and cost control on a major infrastructure project.
