WE’RE HIRING – MILL OPERATIVE (LEAD) – Full Time Monday to Friday

We are looking for a practical, reliable and hands‑on Mill Operative (Lead) to join our Mintlaw blending operation.

Experience required

Feed milling
Agricultural operations
Production/manufacturing
Grain handling
Plant operations
Industrial processing

The successful candidate will help oversee daily mill operations, ensure feed is manufactured safely and to specification, support production scheduling, and act as key site contact when the Site Manager is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and overseeing blending activities
Supporting production and raw material scheduling
Ensuring quality and UFAS standards are maintained
Sampling and stock control
Supporting maintenance and housekeeping
Working closely with drivers, customers and site staff

Good attention to detail
Strong awareness of health & safety
Mechanically minded approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in agriculture or manufacturing preferred
