Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Immedidate start
We are looking for a reliable and organised to join our team in a busy industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with computers, accurate with paperwork, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
General office administration and data entry
Supporting management and operational teams with documentation
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Ensuring files and systems are kept up to date
Requirements:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email systems)
Previous administration experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
