Customer Service Advisor Leamington Spa Salary: £25,000 per annum 36.5 hours per week Fully Office Based Permanent Role We are seeking a confident, self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our busy Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales administration, telesales or export administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.

This varied role combines customer service, order processing, sales support and export administration responsibilities. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a supportive and growing business. Working Hours 36.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday:
Start between 7:00am and 8:00am, finishing at 4:00pm Friday:
Early finish at 2:00pm Fully office-based position

Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, products and warranty issues. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams and operational departments. Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services where appropriate. Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, customs documentation and shipping paperwork. Coordinate domestic and international shipments.

Liaise with freight forwarding companies and transport providers. Negotiate and manage transport costs across road, air and sea freight. Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders. Support customers with product-related questions and requirements. Escalate and communicate customer concerns effectively to relevant departments. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and administration functions. About You The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience within a customer service, sales support or administration role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience preparing and processing export documentation would be highly advantageous. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
