Autism SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This Autism SEN TA role focuses on helping pupils feel understood and supported throughout the school day.

You’ll support children to manage sensory needs, transitions and learning tasks, always working at their pace and celebrating progress.

• Classroom and 1:1 autism support
• Supporting routines and structure
• Helping pupils engage with learning
• Supporting emotional regulation
• Promoting independence and confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
