Primary SEN TA – Small Class Setting

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This full-time role is based in a specialist primary setting with small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios.

You’ll support pupils who benefit from individual attention and a calm, structured environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting learning in small classes
• Working closely with individual pupils
• Encouraging emotional regulation
• Supporting communication and engagement
• Working as part of a close-knit team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
